Overview

The department of education reached out to Ayaya for support with the management and logistics of putting on a conference for the principals of all of the schools across Nunavut. Ayaya helped booked the conference space and rooms for all participants, AV and tech support, liasing with catering for food and meals and also organizing interpretation support.

Outcome: The conference was successfully delivered, with all logistics running smoothly and participants fully supported through their accommodations, catering, technical setup, and interpretation services. The event fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing among school leaders, earning positive feedback from both attendees and the Department of Education.
