Overview

Designing a cookbook using recipes submitted from home cooks of all ages across Nunavut in support of NTI’s Nunavut Day Home Cook Challenge (2020-2021). The contests helped celebrate the last two Nunavut Days, and were so popular that NTI decided to showcase some of these recipes in a cookbook. Ayaya designed and produced the Nunavut Day Cookbook 2021 highlighting Inuit culture and celebrating country foods from Nunavut.
